Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster
The room was tidy and sufficient. Staff was friendly. While they were in the middle of an ownership transfer they did well making our stay almost perfect. The hotel was located in Winchester, close to city sites, tube, and bus stations so we had no problem getting around and enjoying the city.
