"Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating with schedules and let us check in early and checkout late. Clean rooms in a quiet neighborhood and close to underground stations. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Room was immaculate but small.
Staff happy to help to ensure the stay was perfect.
The rooms with no window become stuffy and the fan system did not seem to work to cool down the room.
The soundproofing was AMAZING!
The location was AMAZING!"
"Quick & friendly chk-in. Great room, very cool bar overlooking the Thames and a tasty breakfast to set us up for the day. The interior styling of the ground floor is exceptional. This was our 4th time staying and I’m sure we’ll be back. "
"This was our first time at The Ned & it was just gorgeous. We booked a cosy room but it was lovely, bed was comfortable & shower was great. We had breakfast in our room & again it was excellent.
We had cocktails at Nickels Bar & then had dinner at Millies which was fantastic. The service & food were great & we loved the live music that played throughout the day. It was easy to get to on the tube & i would definitely recommend. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff & service were excellent. Thank you"
