Perfect location. Given a complimentary upgrade to an executive room with a stunning view of the Tower of London and lovely extras of a coffee machine, mini bar and dressing gown/slippers. Two great bar areas and very friendly staff. We will definitely return

Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered.
