One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever enjoyed. The manager and staff were very cooperative, especially as we have special dietary requirements my little one is coeliac (gluten intolerance) and there were also plenty of halal options available.

Novotel London Waterloo
It was an awful eperience staying at Novotel waterloo. I spent £410 for an night. We checked in very late night around 1:00 AM. When I entered in the room it was very disgusting smell coming out of toilet and bathroom. so I called reception then the lady came with the room freshner. We couldn't slept ...

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Location of the hotel was brilliant but the rooms are very outdated. There were no port charging therefore will need plugs to charge your phones or ipads.

Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered.
