  • Our Cosy Apartments are ideally located in close proximity to Portobello Road, Notting Hill Gate and Central London.

    Just 8 minutes walk to Westbourne Park Station: Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines, with great connections to explore the best features of the city. In a cosy building our newly refurbished modern apartments come with flat TV screen, well equipped kitchenette, iron, ironing board, washing machine and hair dryer.

    Please note there is no lift at the property and it is not suitable for elderly, pushchairs and wheelchairs users. the flat has a couple of steps inside. The property is on the ground floor of a building on a main road, so potential noise can be heard from the rooms occasionally.

The listing is very misleading, the property name is wonderful 2 bed apartment near portobello road however there are other options within this. We booked expecting a 2 bed apartment and got a studio flat. Be careful when booking this misleading listing. The room was not clean when we arrived at 3pm and we had to make them aware and wait for it to be cleaned, further delaying our plans There was no blind on the glass rear door meaning the entire room was bright by 5am.

The quality of the hotel was completely fantastic, clean and modern, I really had a home feeling using this apartment. I would recommend this a hundred percent. Maybe the check in time 15:00 might be to late for some, I'd advise more flexibility with check-in's for example check in times can be at 10:00 or 11:00 am. That's about it :)

It was ok.

The place was ok. Not awful, but not great. A bit tricky to get in touch with the host. We had to wait in a weird-smelling hallway for a half hour for someone to let us in. Extra sheets that we needed were so damp we couldn't use them. Did not love it, but it was fine.

Black mold, refridgerator was filled with ice and leaking, hidden switch to turn on heating plates (no guide to find it). Gaslighting service technician arrived after 3 hours and had no tools and just started hacking away with a knife on the ice and left instead of repairing the refridgerator door lip not sealing properly. Was told no other rooms were available and they were fully booked. Lost all hope in finding solution with this place, as they knew these issues were present when renting it out. They are renting out places with black mold! Event the entrance to the hallway smells of mold. Service technician told that the usually just let the ice melt in the fridge so that the next person can use it temporarily before the problem occurs again. They talk nice on the phone, but are only interested in pushing problems and seeing if you can live with it instead of actually fixing critical health hazourzous issues.

We specially booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which was confirmed in our Expedia booking. When we arrived it was a 1 bed with a sofa bed. This aside, the kitchen cupboard was off the wall, the bath was cracked, the tiles were broken and so was the dressing table and mirror. We communicated all of this to the host and their only answer, was that they would cancel the booking (as we are stood in the apartment) and give us a refund. We had no choice but to do this and were left in London trying to find somewhere to check in.
