Loved the decor and design features within the hotel rooms and general areas. Good room facilities all well designed included an awsome shower! Friendly staff in a quiet location.Would highly recommend although you nay have to commute to some of the London tourist attractions

A nice property located close to Clapham Junction. All the staff are lovely. Decor is interesting and might not be to everybody's taste. Lighting in the room is lacking and there could also be an instruction sheet laying out oven functions, location of bins, etc but otherwise a quite comfortable stay.

Arrived into 33degrees in the room as curtains had been open and sun blazing in all day. It had been 23degrees outside. Lovely balcony with great view so had the doors wide open most of the time including all night as the building is very hot. Floors and bathroom weren’t very clean. Missing and broken curtains. Most of the light switches weren’t working. Had to sleep with light under bed on and use phone torches at night. Right under flight path.

The check-in was easy, enjoy the cinema room watching movies, took full advantage of all the lounge space .Although there was a lot of restaurants around to choose from there wasn't stuff that we would and could as a black person and if you didn't eat pork.So because there was a grocery store there we were able to buy groceries and we cooked in our accommodations with the stove and dishes everything was provided inside the room. Brixton was about a 15 minute drive away so we got food over there which was all delicious and we had Uber eats. I wish we would have got the largest suite which was a superior sweet but we wanted the option for the balcony.

The staff was communicative and provided transportation information, which made it easy for me from the airport. I took the tube (don’t recommend the Express, it did not make it more convent). There was a bus stop 3 min walk, train station 12 min walk. To go to the British Museum it took 1 hour by bus. Only complaint is there were no instructions on how to use the stovetop and heater. I was freezing at night. There was no phone in the room and I don’t have a UK line so if I need help I had to dress up and go down stairs. It was inconvenient. Room was clean, good for 1 person, would be jammed for 2 people. There was a good size refrigerator and full range, good for cooking but the smell will fill up the room and hallway. Staff was accommodating. Modern building with a great rooftop view and lounge which I did not use。

Important thing to say is that you are not looking for a building with the name Nestor or Hayden on it, Dandi is what you need to find. It is serviced apartments with full time residents as well as Nestor guests. We arrived in the dark and rain, the concierge was off doing their checks and the intercom was OOS so we were unable to get contact with the property initially. A quick call to Nestor sorted this. A quick tour of the communal areas and shown to our room. The room is well equipped and you won't want for anything. There is plenty of storage space and the best, most powerful shower that you could hope for. Downside is that the lighting is low with black furniture unless you raise the bed and take advantage of the light under it. Nice location, easy ride into London or plenty of decent green space, restaurants and bars in the vicinity. One thing you can't avoid is the fact that you are under the flight path for Heathrow, so be prepared to have an early alarm call. I would use the Nestor brand again, but not this site due to the aircraft noise.

It was a work trip, I had high expectations for this place but I wasn’t impressed. First off, the toilet lid was broken upon arrival. The neighbouring doors slam shut so you’re awaken with a jolt each morning. The lighting is far too dim, supposedly to match the dark theme but nightclub lighting in the day doesn’t make sense. Though utensils, cooking oil and tea bags were provided, they have quite a small bin draw and no extra bin bags or dustpan was supplied to clear up. They don’t offer cleaning for my week long stay. I’ve stayed at a few aparthotels that offer complimentary laundry services but their costs were steep. Your window view is facing council houses which isn’t ideal. The upside is the location can be reached by bus, it’s quite a walk from clapham junction if you’re got luggage like I had. Shower pressure was great, I appreciated the extra amenities like shower gel/handwash. The full size fridge/freezer was great and they had an abundance of crockery. This is my first time here and it wasn’t totally beyond the pale, but for the price, they’ve got some improvements to make.

We stayed in this property after it was only the 2nd week it opened. Allowing for a few teething issues which were resolved extremely quick with nearly immediate responses from the building management and Nestor. The space was perfect, open and friendly. Super comfortable bed, 1 pillow each provided was upgraded to 2 pillows each with no fuss or hassle. Building management always at reception for both residents and short term Nestor Guests. Able to provide great suggestions on food in the area. Well equipped kitchenette, only suggestion would be a toaster. Bathroom was spacious and lovely. Powerful shower. Great location with ease of transport links by both London overground connecting to all areas of London. As well as frequent bus services. Sainsbury’s local, Pharmacy and other stores only a minutes walk away. This property has so much to offer. With our busy schedule to go to Wimbledon and then Essex the following day. This was the perfect place for us to stay and provide us the luxury space for down time between all the hectic events. WhatsApp chat direct to Nestor and the responses were super quick and any small issue resolved immediately. Thank you. We will for sure book again, as are frequent travellers to London or by using London as a base for onwards travel. Thank you for a great stay.

Had a few issues with my room before I was able to check in so I was relocated temporarily from a penthouse to a lower unit. Once I was able to check into my unit I found that the suite was unclean and had crumbs and dust everywhere. Moreover, when booking, the penthouse size was supposedly larger than the other units but it was not the case with my suite. If it wasn’t for any of the issues that I have faced, I would return again but the management didn’t do much about the issues
