Everything was great, check in was in different place, but just 2 min away, and well explained where we needed to go. Room is very comfortable, I was staying with my daughter, perfect size for two of us. Kitchennete has everything you need for short a short stay. Room and toilet are very clean. Nice view, perfect for a short stayshort stay, the room and bath room is clean

Very good value. Convenient location close to tube stations. Comfortable and well equipped. Staff friendly. It was surprisingly quiet for London and the tubes didn't have any noise impact. However the fridge was excessively noisy and caused some sleep disturbances.

Conveniently located, nice garden in the back to relax outdoors. Kitchenette was a huge "plus" as it relieved being forced to get ALL meals from restaurants, cafes, fast food etc. Very close to train& bus options so getting around greater London was simple. My room was dusty but staff fixed that as soon as brought to their attention. Would stay again and recomend to friends/family

This was a great property! I feel like it is a cross between a hostel, hotel, and airbnb. It felt very homey with a very comfy bed and kitchenette. There was no coffeemaker but otherwise well equipped to make simple meals. It was 8 minutes walk from transit but felt like a quiet neighborhood, so the best of both worlds!

The location was prefect for me. Close to the train station and access to both London and Fulham Football ground. Noise from the other units was a little annoying but didn't go too late. I also found the appartment really hot for some reason. Couldn't work out why as the heating was all turned off.

Hammersmith Grove is a lovely area in Hammersmith and the hotel is very close to transport and amenities. The room was small and the kitchenette had the microwave on a high shelf and some crockery in a high cupboard. For short people you need to stand on a chair to operate the microwave or reach the crockery. The hotel did move the microwave down to bench level for us but then there was no workable bench space left. Overall accommodation is good for London standards and location excellent. It cost us £30 for an Uber to Heathrow. Train links also close by.

A well located and nice property. Very quiet considering we are in London. Surrounded by a couple of nice establishment. Walking distant from Hammersmith (i.e. 40 minutes from LHR Airport... and well connected with the major attraction). Room could be slightly more spacious and is lacking a wardrobe. Our stay saw a minor issue that has been brilliantly resolved by the property management. They have been responsive, quick in addressing the issue with our full satisfaction! In general all staff members have been pleasant to deal with and professional. We will be bak!

Nearly perfect

Clean, pleasant decor, decent space even in the small studio, well equipped kitchenette, comfy bed. I would suggest though to replace the microwave with a smaller one so it fits better on the shelf. The current one must be opened very gently to avoid it falling over. Communication was impeccable, there was a problem with the water temperature and was solved within 24 hours. Check-in was smooth. You do have to go to room 9 but that was in the instructions so no surprises there. Something to consider. Bring an eye mask if you sleep in total darkness, and ear plugs if you are bothered by traffic noise. Also, bear in mind there's no 24 hours reception, only until 9pm.
