The location is perfect, restaurants, shops closeby and bus no. 11 will take you to tourist spots i.e. Big Ben, House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey (where Prince William & Kate Middleton got married). It will also take you to Waterloo East Underground Subway which one stop away to London Bridge & Tower Bridge. Will definitely stay again.

Overall the place was in a good site, it was clean and the people (host and staff) were super nice and willing to help. The only issues were, that the bath room was not as pictured and was very small (very). Also could do with some either ceiling fan or more windows to open or air con, as it was extremely hot (and understand there was a heat wave)

I like it was close to shops and restaurants. My studio needed up dating. Some of blinds were broken. It smelled like there had been smoking there at sometime other strange smells. Finally last night there was a leak from ceiling and there was a drop sound all night and then i noticed it in morning.

If you want to stay in the heart of Kensington whilst also staying in a dump, this place is it. Floors, bedsheets, and walls were stained. There were black curly hairs on our towels, on the ground, and in our bed. (We have red and blonde hair). Stove didn’t work even after resetting the breakers. No hooks to hang your towels or clothes. Our “bedroom” was a walk in closet with a closet door that didn’t have a knob and wouldn’t shut. The entire place had an odor to it. Please don’t let the previous reviews fool you. This room was also an “upgrade” from what we originally booked. Do not book.

This is a very clean and well equipped apartment hotel but there is a huge problem They do not service the apartments (or did not in the full eight nights i was there) and you need to wash and iron your own sheets and towels and take your rubbish to a bin on the road outside. I was surprised as everything else was fine. Chelsea Cloisters opposite has similar facilities but services the rooms every two days so compare prices.

O único defeito é a falta de ar condicionado no quarto. Num calor de mais de 30 graus, um ventilador não era suficiente. Além disso, não tivemos limpeza de quarto durante os 3 dias de hospedagem, isso achei meio ruim. De resto, localização muito boa, quarto honesto, equipe simpática.

Odalar geniş, temizliği iyi. Ütü, süpürge, vantilatör, buzdolabı, çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinesi, ekmek kızartma makinesi, ocak, mikrodalga fırın var. Bulaşık makinesi tableti, sıvı bulaşık deterjanı, temiz havlu vardı. Oda temizliği haftada bir yapılıyor. Klima olmaması en büyük eksisi. Duşta küvet etrafında küfler vardı. Yakınında market var. Metro ve otobüse yakın önemli yerlere yürünebilir mesafede.

Excelente ubicación, a buena distancia del Hyde Park, Museos (Natural History, Science y V&A). Enfrente se encontraba un mercado Sainsbury que abre de 7 a 24Hs. Parada de bus a pocos metros. Servicio de conserje para dejar las llaves. La habitación muy completa en cuestiones para cocinar y/o limpieza. Muy buena vista.
