Not Elegant
First, let me start by saying I have never left a bad review for any place I have stayed in my travels. We were not pleased with this booking. The property was not equipped well. We were provided little toilet paper and no paper towels. There was one dish towel and one small knife. The dryer did not work so we had to hang dry our clothes. It would be nice if the place came with instructions on using the appliances. The beds were uncomfortable and the master bedroom was hotter than the other rooms. I would not stay at this property again.

A great, roomy, comfortable place to stay
We were meant to be arriving around 8pm, so had to book (and pay extra) to meet the key holder. Storm Eunice made travel unpredicatble, and we ended up having to drive and hope we arrived in time, which we did.
There were some dusty areas, and a couple of wine rings on the table, but the flat was otherwise very nice and clean.
It's well appointed, and has really wonderful views over Battersea Power Station, London Eye, Shard, Westminster, etc. Concierge was courteous and helpful, and the location was handier than I'd imagined when the actual location was divulged 2 days before arrival (spoiler, it's 10 minutes walk from Sloane Square). The Q Park Pimlico was really handy (2 minutes walk). Delivery apps for food seemed not to recognise the flat number, so had to intercept the delivery driver at reception.
I'd definitely go back.

La empresa encargada del departamento es extraordinaria. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a 10 min caminando de Victoria Station y Sloane Square. Hay restaurantes y tiendas cerca así como el súper. El departamento tiene 3 recámaras, 2 tienen closet y una no; tiene 2 baños completos (uno dentro de la recámara principal). La cocina está bien equipada y la zona de sala-comedor-sala de tele está cómoda. El departamento es bastante nuevo y es moderno, está bien conservado y cuidado. Tiene mucha seguridad para entrar ya qué hay un conserje en la entrada.
Recibimos muchos detalles al llegar como sobres de thé y café, chocolates, cubrebocas…
En general lo súper recomiendo.

Fantastisk utsikt! Utsikt over London skyline fra alle rom. God plassering av leiligheten, god service, lett å komme i kontakt med kundeservice, rask respons på epost. Lekker leilighet, nytt og fresht. Romslig. Vi velger gjerne dette stedet igjen ved neste anledning. Veldig fornøyd!
