"We chose to stay here because we had an early flight and wanted to be close to LHR. When we got there it was crazy busy but we didn’t wait in line at all for check in. We had dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant—standard fare and it was decent. The waitstaff was lovely and on point! (It was crazy busy in the restaurant, too and this place ran like a well-oiled machine.) There is a shuttle service for a small charge (6-ish pounds). It picked us up early and got us to LHR in under 15 minutes."
