Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I rang the supplied number at 17:35 on the day of my stay. It went to answer machine. I had no information on how to gain entry to flat After a two hour wait another resident happen to turn up and let me in. The next I ran again, answer machine again. I will be aiming for a full refund and will never use these again
