"A las 3 am el ruido era insoportable. Llamè a recepcion y nadie contestò. Bajè a recepciòn y me indicaron que como hay una discoteca yo debia saber que era asì. Le indiquè que me he quedado en multiple ocasiones en ese hotel y que nunca me habia pasado. Fue un desastre de ruido hasta la 4:30 am"

"Mi esposo y yo celebramos nuestro 27 aniversario de bodas en este Hilton Caribe com su hermoso paisaje hacia la playa, rica comida y un lugar centrico en el Viejo San Juan. Excelente atencion al cliente muy cordiales. Y el lugar muy limpio. 100% recomendado. Un lugar muy relajante y sobretodo las palmas me encantan las palmas un lugar muy hermoso que hizo de nuestra estadía un lugar muy agradable. "The room was really nice with a well appointed mini kitchen area, living room and sleep area. Our room was checked/cleaned every day, which is not as common as it used to be. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was surrounded by great places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn!!"

"We really appreciated the fact it was like an apartment and not a hotel room. We made breakfast each morning so we could leave early to go about our day. Fully stocked kitchen and the room and grounds were so clean. Washer/dryer shared with another room was convenient and they provided soap. It wasn't a "party" scene. Everyone was respectful and it was relaxing. The restaurant/bar was independent from the hotel so you couldn't charge to your room so you had to bring money or card down with you. I feel like this was sort of an inconvenience but not a deal breaker to stay there again!"
