Had warm running water which I was extremely grateful for. Had a good amount of clean towels and bed sheets. Nice communal space to be able to use microwave and get water. Initially was confused on where to go, but someone showed up and helped us get to our room. It’s not the fanciest place, but it was good for the stay.

The apartment was very clean, there was air conditioning and a balcony. I had no issues with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Felt like I was in my own apartment in Puerto Rico and I recommend staying here.

I had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference after spending time outside. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out easy. I also appreciated having a kitchen, which was convenient for preparing breakfast and storing drinks and snacks. The location was great and made it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Great location. Good size rooms. We had the top floor and there were a lot of stairs. The clubs were a little noisy, but ear plugs were provided. Overall we did really enjoy the place.

The stay was great. The people around there are super friendly. There are some bars right across the street and even restaurants within a 2 min walk. Our apartment had roof access and it made the stay even better than it already was. There is also a 24 hour gas station that’s only a 5 min walk away. Tourist areas are very close by and the Ubers are only around $4. Not the best if you want beach vacation as it is an uber away. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

Clean apartment. Excellent location in proximity to Old Town San Juan. Do not enter the lobby! Open the side gate to the apartments on the left of the building which is not the obvious entry doors. Free parking next door was very helpful.

Very clean easy to get a hold of did not realize it was self check in so we were very confused with that. There was really no one to help us go to where we need to go, but when we found out that we had to get a hold of them it was very easy to do check-in was at 4 PM. Will be around earlier than that and they provided a place for us to leave our luggage.
