"There were a couple of issues in the room: no label letting someone know the shower valve needed to be pulled out before turning to get the water flow. A rip in the carpet that could be an issue for someone snagging their No table or chairs on the premium balcony. The stafff were all friendly and helpful. The dining room staff were excellent. Food in the evening / happy hour offerings were very good."

"We didn't use it but there was a kitchen and dining area on one floor that we could see was being used by others. We thought this hotel was good value for money, clean, quite and paid for parking. "

"The pictures of the hotel are quite misleading, it gives the impression that it is on the beach, but in fact it is a short walk, the view is mainly obstructed by a large colourful high-rise building. If you want a peaceful night's sleep you'll need industrial strength ear plugs as you are on the main road and you'll hear people shouting and cars blowing their horns regularly. The staff in the hotel were ok, the area for breakfast was a sports bar, so if you wanted a quiet breakfast you'll have no chance as your senses will be assaulted from every angle, plus side it's ok for the evening (Red Umbrella up the road a much better option). If you want a place close to the nightlife this place will suit you. "

"The room was completely spotless, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room had a nice big tv and a large comfy bed, the bathroom was super clean with a great shower. The area was also very convenient and close to everything, and the parking situation was good - we would definitely stay here again. The only downsides was the fact that our room didn't have air conditioning (it has heating) and it shared a wall with the lobby (could slightly overhear), however no real issues. 9.5/10"

"The property was clearly in 1960s redo. The bones of it were very old, but it was very clean and somewhat updated. The bathroom was very small with small sink and bathtub. Those were not updated. The staff was wonderful very helpful. It was in a very good location also."

"They put me in a room with glass shards on the couch. Then they put me in another room that hadn’t been cleaned properly - the bed was unmade, the garbage hadn’t been fully removed and the bathroom floor was wet… it’s 25 degrees in the city and the AC didn’t work for that room. When asked to switch rooms, I was treated rudely - I checked out the next morning. TERRIBLE experience- never again."
