It's just a few things that let them down - towel rail loose;strange brown coloured dirt mark by the inside bathroom door handle; carpet in main room was loose and not properly fitted with a tear in it. "All the staff I came across had a lovely helpful attitude. The room was basic, but that was what I paid for. Every where was clean. They have added double glazing inside the sash windows so although room was on the main high street it was super quiet - had a great night's sleep.
