"The room what just what we needed and really clean! Close to the beach and promenade and pier, with in walking distance to quite a bit! Breakfast was lovely with plenty choice of both cold and hot! It was delicious! Staff were so helpful and friendly! We parked on the sea front, was a good price and easy to park, which made the stay easier! "

"On the upside - great location near the beach, and a good breakfast. On the downside - room for over £210 a night had no window to look through, furniture was old and shabby, evening food in both restaurants was at best ‘average’ (and had many items missing)… Overall - could be better"

Our only complaint would be evening meal did not come up to expectations. Advertised as served with salad. A flat bread with minute bits of salad. A disappointment.. Quite pricey. The hotel and staff were great. "

Room was similarly finished to the highest standards and super comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff even nipped in during breakfast first morning and turned everything around and added new supplies, towels, coffee, etc. immaculate! "
