"great place to stay, staff is great!!"

"The room was good but only one tiny window. The stall seemed helpful but we were advised that checkout was 9.30. On checkout day we were again advised during breakfast that checkout was in 5 mins. At 1000EU per night they could relax a bit and let us at least finish our coffee before trudging half a Km to the parking. Also the breakfast was good but constantly having to ask for a coffee refill got a bit old. Finally one bathroom for 6 people was not convenient "

"Hotel itself was great. Easy access to the Metro. Just on the edge of Milan’s Chinatown. Only downside was the heat in the room ( too high) and because it’s on a main road/tram route you couldn’t have the window open at night. Even with the window closed it was loud road noise. Staff were very nice. "

"We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. "
