Room was amazing ! Large suite with two rooms, sofa, coffee table, two televisions, lovely bathroom. I didn’t want to leave my room! I even missed the event I’d gone for - I got too cosy. The Liner Hotel
The room was clean and had a good fan and a decent coffee maker. Also had a fridge with complimentary fresh milk, water and cookies which was lovely. Superking bed and best nights sleep in a while. Black out curtains were amazing. Breakfast was fab. Best buffet breakfast we have had in a while.

The Municipal Hotel Liverpool - MGallery
Room and corridors were a bit dated. The corridors I’m assuming were meant to be like that but expected more from the rooms, considering meant to be 5*. The palm court was great but expensive but to be expected and staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent check in staff. Both the man and lady, who checked me in at 5pm on the day of my arrival. They were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is spotlessly clean and in a central location. I highly recommend it.
