"A gem of a place to stay. We stayed in the suite for a week and it was very comfortable complete with a Smart TV. All the staff were very friendly and would do all they could to make your stay comfortable. "The room was clean and had a good fan and a decent coffee maker. Also had a fridge with complimentary fresh milk, water and cookies which was lovely. Superking bed and best nights sleep in a while. Black out curtains were amazing. Breakfast was fab. Best buffet breakfast we have had in a while."

"Room was amazing ! Large suite with two rooms, sofa, coffee table, two televisions, lovely bathroom. I didn’t want to leave my room! I even missed the event I’d gone for - I got too cosy. I ordered food in the restaurant and they put it on a tray when I said I wanted to eat it in my room. I took the bus from town out to the hotel. It took about 40 mins and then there was about a five to 10 minute walk to the hotel. Staff super friendly. "

Our stay coincided with a breakfast with Father Christmas (in not American, so i dont say "Santa" and it was lovely seeing the children all excited. I definitely recommend Rainhill Hall.

"This was an adorable hotel! The room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful with navigating around Liverpool. The restaurant/bar downstairs was a pleasant atmosphere. They hosted a variety of events if you wanted to do something without having to leave the property. Even with everything going on it never disrupted our rest. "
