"The property was in a wonderful location. It was so nice to escape for a week after first visiting Athens. It felt like a true getaway. The cove in the property was one of the best places we've ever swam in. Our room had a great view of the sunset from right outside our window. Within a 3 minute walking distance to the beach which also allowed for some great swims. "Had the most amazing time here at Sansal Chania Crête, the staff are amazing and so friendly, this is our first visit to Crete Sansal and we definitely will return, the roof top pool and bar was an added bonus, at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was fabulous, the bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. "This should have been rated 5 star but for a 63 year old to lug a 23 kg suitcase across 300 meters of cobbled stone alleys and steep staircases was not warranted. They could have advised us a simple route walking via the corniche. Anyways the room and bathroom were good. The staff was exemplary in helpfulness."
