Very spacious room with good amenities including easy and affordable flat rate paid parking, fridge with freezer, and washing machine (no dryer). Staff refreshed the room every two days. Moderate walking distance from Chania old town. The walk is about 20 mins and does go through some rougher less clean streets. Elderly or young families would likely have difficulty with the walk back and forth.

Gym had no ventilation or airconditioning, had to be escorted to the gym instead of it being open with a passcode or badge and 3 levels below parking garage. Laundry services not available as self serve on site. Dirty stairwells, extra cost for parking, nowhere to hang clothes safely outside without concern for theft (no private balcony)

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Trianon for the third time, and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last. One of the standout features of the Trianon is its underground parking, a major convenience for travellers with vehicles. Spacious apartment with balcony. Conveniently located in walking distance (ca. 15 minutes) from the old town and a parking garage in the building that is accessible via elevator. Bathroom rather small, but functional. Towel service or cleaning every second day. Unfortunately, pigeons made the space on the balcony above the windows to their home. Inside the apartment you hear every move they make plus you can’t use the balcony, because the pigeons declared it to their bathroom.
