"Quite unique and interesting villa in a quaint little village worth the drive but the grounds around the villa are not looked after at all, the pond with goldfish in it was green and not working, the other pond was even worse. Very limited kitchen facilities, clothes washer and dishwasher smelled moldy, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The Dog next door barked a lot all hours of the day and night. "The best time I had in Crete was my stay in Xristina's apartments because Xristrina and her family treated us like family. They were kind, professional, and very caring. The apartment is a gem, beautifully maintained right in front of the beach with plenty of places to dine and walk to. We loved Xristina's restaurant so much that we pretty much ate there every night! It's in a great location close to everything. It's like staying is a top notch mini private resort but very reasonably priced....
