"What a lovely stay! It’s so close to the beach and a short walk from the town centre. The Regis lodge was warm and cosy with lots of fun snacks provided too. Parking was easy on the forecourt and staff were very communicative. Would definitely recommend. "

"Charming property just steps from the beach in a very quiet and dog-loving seaside town. Our room (3) was wonderful (Hints for large switch outside bath to turn on shower, and use outlet switch to turn on TV, would be good) and the restaurant served a delicious dinner with great chats. This is a gem on the busy south coast and is walkable for the town."

"A really great little grade 2 listed B&B. Hosts are very knowledgeable, warm and know their gursts. Breakfast is excellent with a good choice. Well equipped rooms with a refeshment tray. Rooms are en-suite, supplied with toiletries. In a good area for walking can recommend the windmill trail and close to Goodwood. "
