"First room we checked in toilet wouldnt flush , then was offer to just switch room and the covers on one of the bed look like they were never cleaned and staff is not very friendly and check out was at 11 am the manager was tryan to gain access to room at 10:30 never again very horrible experience ."

"I booked a Jr Suite. Upon arrival I was asked if I needed the accessible room and I told them not really just needed the king size bed. They put me in a smaller room at the SAME RATE as the Jr Suite. I told them if I had know that I would have kept my booking as is. The beds were hard. I normally do not stay at Hiltons because they are pricey so this was a huge let down. I feel like I could have rented at Motel 6 for half the price for what we got. The saving grace was San Juana. I told her what had happened and she was able to move us to a Jr Suite and offered 2 days of complimentary breakfast. She wasn't rude, very professional and kind. SAN JUANA you deserve a raise!"

"Ok hotel for a low cost hotel. Served our needs while traveling through. Room could have been cleaner. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor. The shampoo and conditioner were gone. Breakfast was as good as one can expect for a free breakfast. They had eggs and sausage and biscuits and grave. Not top quality but good enough. I love the coffee machine. Fresh coffee whenever you want some."
