Hotels near Cinemark Temple

"Front desk that was there at checkin was rude when explaining the pool and spa was closed. Said i could cancel and good luck finding a place to stay because of graduations going on in the area. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and spa. We ended up canceling our reservation and staying with family. Definitely won't stay there again."

"Stove top needs cleaned.. has microwave and refrigerator.. ample area to walk pets and poop bags provided... Housekeeping doesn't come to this room.. we have to locate them to get linens ( including bed), trash bags and toilet paper "

"Overall, this was a good stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the room was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay, which really made a difference. Parking felt safe and secure, and the location offered easy access to the freeway, making it convenient to get around. The only downside was the breakfast. The selection was pretty limited and mediocre overall. There wasn’t much in the way of protein besides cold hard-boiled eggs that honestly seemed questionable. Improving the breakfast options would definitely make the experience even better. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay and would consider staying again."

"The bed size that I booked was not what I was given. The property only has full size beds and I booked 2 double beds for a family of 5. The bed types at this hotel can accommodate comfortably a family of 3 at most. I had to buy an inflatable mattress to sleep my family."

"The staff was great and super friendly! The room was exact opposite! The bathroom counter was dirty, the sheets looked like they were slept in, the towels had hair stuck in them and when I woke there were bugs in the room. Some looked like roaches, another kind and flies. The seal at the bottom of the door was pretty much gone so think the all came in at night. I went to the store and picked up cleaner and paper towels to wipe down surfaces. Very sad as I was there dealing with an injury of my own and visiting my aunt who was in the ICU next door. No, I don’t talk to the staff. Although super friendly, my cousin also had a room and she had the same issues… so why bother them?"

"Room was clean and comfortable but a bit small. Air conditioning was marginal and did not cool to the level that was set, i.e., warmer than what was set. Also, thermostat had a wait period when adjusting temperature before it would come on. Shower needed more pressure and volume. Typical breakfast area, nice sized and very friendly breakfast staff. The sausage was a sliced hot link, which was nice change of pace, vs a typical bacon or link/patty sausage. No turkey bacon or sausage option which is not a problem for us but may be to some. Not a real friendly entry into the property."
