One of the things I look for in a hotel are the lighting in the hallways and the state of the flooring. This hotel had great hallway lighting (things just look better/cleaner in good light!) and the carpet didn't look like it had years of "experience" baked in. Not a bad stay in the slightest.

the cleaning staff cleaned the rooms every day unless I put up the placard. Its a little difficult sleeping in the beds for me because i get very hot under their comforter and the bed has a very firm mattress. But it is clean, affordable and extremely conveniently located.

The staff was very polite. Great location! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel itself is on the older side and could use a good makeover. Also could use more hooks/towel bars in the bathroom. The pool was closed or out of order...seen this on many other reviews too. Overall the stay was nice and quiet though.

Good value

We were in town for a tournament and needed a place to sleep and shower- it provided both and customer service was top notch. The quick breakfast was convenient and constantly being cleaned and restocked.

It was a very nice stay. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The staff win the kitchen/breakfast area was especially nice and very helpful. We went down to leave around 10, the time that the breakfast is over on the weekend. Well, my grandkids spotted the items as they were being put up. The kitchen employee saw that the kids were wanting to eat and left the items out so that they could eat. Turned the waffle maker and juice dispenser back on so that they could eat/drink. He cared about rather or not the kids were able to eat even thou it was passed the closing time and made him get behind on his schedule. He desires extra praise because of the caring that he showed. We really, really appreciate what he did. If there is anything available, such as a bonus, he truly deserves one.

great except the coffee

Everything was great except the coffee for breakfast was basically vending machine coffee. I'm not a picky coffee person but this coffee was unsually lame. The staff was great -- nice folks!

I always stay here. The location is perfect and the rooms are always clean and smell fresh. Every person I interact with is friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast is an added bonus and the food is always hot and delicious.

Great stay for the night

Excellent check in. Room very clean and comfortable. Only problem encountered was the ice machine in the hall was out of order but the desk provided ice so even that was not a real problem. Check out was easy and courteous.

Ok, quiet, good breakfast.

Only ok. Room was damp unless you run AC really cold. Too much light comes into room at night from under door from hallway lights and window because of parking lot lights. No ice machine on 2nd floor where I stayed. Breakfast was very good, hotel wasn't super busy so very quiet with good well lit parking. Room cleaning staff does a good job, very neat.

Beware.... or bring your own blanket to sleep!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, hotel appeared nice, but room was not "fresh". The hotel is also in the middle of a field with nothing really around. Bed didn't appear clean, found hair in sheets, a hand print on headboard and stains in room. Slept in clothes!

The indoor pool was still not open due to repairs. Same condition as it was a year ago. Also the doors to the rooms are a little hard to push open and the automatic door hinge has so much pull that it shuts very, very loudly. People were in and out throughout the night and early morning so it was difficult to sleep. The staff, continental breakfast and cleanliness were excellent but because of the doors shutting so loudly I won’t be back. Two sleepless nights with busy days were exhausting.

They Steal!!

Hotel is close to shopping. I've stayed here before without any incidents. This stay I brought along a mini ac because it is well over 100 degrees here. I left it in my room when I went to work. When I came back, the room was clean but my ac was gone. I went to the front desk and they searched the cleaners closet but the cleaner took it home and wouldn't answer her phone when the front desk called. Called the owner, who is also the general manager, and low and behold he just left. I've never been so disappointed in hotel. Especially since this wasn't our first time staying here but it is the last! DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY STEAL!!
