"Hotel decepcionante! Cheguei em Lisboa com uma temperatura de 28ºC , e o ar condicionado do hotel simplesmente não funcionava! Reclamei de todas as formas, mas eles alegavam que estavam no inverno, e o sistema estava configurado apenas para aquecer. Resultado final, fiquei com calor, não consegui dormir, abri a janela e entrou um monte de mosquitos, terrível! Vc não pode controlar a temperatura do seu quarto nesse hotel, fujão dele!!"

"Everything was amazing! The location was perfect—very convenient and close to Airport. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would happily stay here again!"

"Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The air con was nice and quiet and kept the room at a nice temp, but the windows didn't seem fitted properly as we still heard noise from the street (despite being on 5th floor). Also the bathroom door is (frosted) glass, so it can disturb a sleeping partner if used during the night. Shame there was no water fountain to refill water bottles"

"The hotel is conveniently located as it is close to the airport. It is also close to metro stations. The hotel could use new pillows as the ones in our room were flat, and the towels also smelt damp. It does not seem that early check-in is an option, even if an hour or two earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was decent."
