"The lockers underneath the beds need to be fixed especially since so many people have already mentioned it. The bathrooms have a bad odour even right after the cleaners are done cleaning. Overall, the service was good. I would recommend this hostel to other travellers. "

"We expected the hostel to be a traveller spot, but instead there were many youth groups and school trips. It was very loud till late at night. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was very basic, but okay. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants and more in the area. "

"My stay exceeded my expectations. We were greeted by a very helpful guy at the front desk, who stored our bags and looked up directions for us. The room had a clean, bold design with incredible views of the city from the fifth floor. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The two twin beds were very comfortable, and the couch bed was suitable for a smaller sized person. I would absolutely stay here again due to the customer service, location, and style of the hotel. There is an elevator that was out of order for the first few hours we were there. This property is not handicap accessible. There is a flight of stairs to get from the street to the first floor the elevator is located there and is very small. Thank you for an incredible stay. "
