The front desk staff were excellent. We had early starts for tours and since breakfast started at 7:30am, they delivered a boxed meal the previous night. The rooms were very clean and the central location was great.

Staff went out of the there way to make us feel at home. Gave us great direction for anything from restaurants, sites to see and places to shop. Will definitely be coming back here.

Room was very clean and hotel was updated and modern on a pedestrian street. However, the ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING -- and we would have never stayed there if we had known ahead of time. Also, reception is a climb up to the first floor. Staff is very helpful with the luggage but the stairs are NOT easy. Breakfast was charming in the restaurant next door. Would have loved to have two beds and a bigger room, but I appreciate what we had :)

Lots of options for breakfast. The best location for a hotel in Lisbon. Clean rooms and very quiet . The staff was exceptional. Lorraine was the best in helping us with everything from restaurant reservations to assisting us with bus transportation. I’m recommending this hotel to my friends and my son and his wife on their honeymoon next year.

Great location!

Great place in a central location. The hotel is on a pedestrian street with close proximity to many restaurants and bars. Staff was friendly and nice clean rooms. Would stay there again.
