Conveniently located with a bus stop literally right out front. Most places also walkable (20-30 mins) if you don’t mind walking some hills. Room was clean, AC worked very well, and staff were responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was large and clean. It takes a while for the water to get warm in the shower. We were on the ground floor so we had to put up with noise in the lobby a few times. It's a good location with a bus & tram stop just out the front door.

Very modern and nice, not really centric but can easily get into by walking or by bus. The communication was ok and the check in and out was very easy. Would recommend!

We never got access code 48 hours prior to check in as mentioned in the booking confirmation. Messaged the management several times through Expedia, never received a single response. Only to find out after calling the property (with the help from a local with local number) an hour before check-in that they will let you in once you’re at the property. So if you are tourist with no portuguese number, best of luck figuring out your way in. On top of that, AC didn’t work. We had to sleep with windows opened because of the summer heat, which didn’t help due to the noise since our room is facing the main road. Called the management, they said they will send a technician the next day to fix it, HA the technician never showed up. The management came to apologize in person, too bad it won’t fix a thing. Stay away, there are tonnes other options in a better neighborhood with better price. What an absolute joke.

Very calm area and quiet location 15-20 mins walking from the center of Lisabon. Nothing really bad to say about the location and services. Automated check-in machine (there was a small issue with the card payment, but a solution was found by the operator). I recommend it!

Functional apartment with little charm. Very easy to communicate problems with management. They were responsive and quickly repaired broken toilet handle and showed us how to use air conditioner. Cleaning team were excellent.

Horrible! Smell was awful. Location was isolated and felt very unsafe. Curtains were broken. Room dusty. It felt like a prison cell. Photos did not match the room, we could not leave fast enough!!!!

The room itself was small but efficient and had everything that was needed for my 8 day stay. However trying to get ahold of someone was difficult. There was a very disruptive guest staying there the same time as me and he partied until the early morning every night and taunted all the guests by screaming and yelling up and down the stairs. I’m not sure why they just couldn’t kick him out but it made my stay there extremely uncomfortable.

There’s no parking close by, it’s hard to pick up/drop off due to trolly track right on the middle of the street. Not very accessible to anything. Lack of communication with property owner. I would not recommend the property at all.

Beautiful Apartment (with uncomfortable bed)

The apartment was wonderfully furnished, clean, and very well maintained. The location was a little walk from Rossio and the thick of things, but without luggage, it's not bad. Also there is a tram very close by as well as affordable uber etc. Overall, we loved the place with one exception and unfortunately it had a big impact on the experience: The bed is horribly uncomfortable. It was hard and very tough to get a good night's sleep on it. Because of not sleeping well over several days, we ended up dragging ourselves around with less energy than normal. Also, the bed is very small for two adults. This apartment would be absolutely perfect with a bigger more comfortable bed. Other than that, it's a great space, very clean, well maintained, easy to access, safe, and nicely decorated.

Unhygienic, poorly maintained and misleading information – stay away! We stayed here during our holiday and it was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning didn’t work. There were blood stains and remains of dead insects on the walls. The shower was dirty and poorly maintained. There is no reception desk to help with questions, and nobody answers the phone. The housekeeping staff do not speak English and are unwilling to help. Online it is advertised as a 4-star accommodation, but the sign at the entrance clearly shows it is only 3 stars.

Lugar ruim com preço alto para o que recebemos.

Ruim, a porta do banheiro não fechava pois estava empenada pela umidade, a do box do chuveiro também não fechava pois a borracha estava fora do lugar. Estava infestado de pernilongos mesmo com a janela fechada. Camas duras. O resto OK.

The check-in needs to be improved. We arrived after mudnight and it took us more than an hour to check-in. It is self check in and the system wasn’t working. The next day we saw some people having the same issues.

Leider hat die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber gar nicht funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und hat nicht richtig funktioniert und war außerdem sehr laut. Wenn wir das Fenster aufgemacht haben, haben uns die Mücken zerfleischt. In der Nacht haben die kakerlaken Party gefeiert. Obwohl wir die Hotline von Expedia angerufen haben, hat sich niemand um das Problem mit der Klimaanlage gekümmert. Wir haben unserer Reise mit viel Enthusiasmus vor 6 Monaten gebucht um uns zu erholen. Leider was diesmal keine Erhöhung möglich. Expedia hat uns keine geeignete Lösung angeboten weil sie sich für unser Problem nicht zuständig fühlte. Das war für uns keine schöne Erfahrung. Expedia ist für uns keine Empfehlung wert.

The apartment was nice but air conditioning was not working from the first day. The staff were rude and said it is central problem. They gave us a fan after 2 days. It is expensive forbthe price they charge. Without AC, you have to open windows and welcome nasty mosquitoes. One of our worst experiences!
