"I was upgraded to the luxury room without fee. Staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful, especially Duyen and Vien. Location is very convenient, easily access to district 1. Surrounding with restaurants, shops… so you can have a late dinner/drink. Rooftop bar is nice with the view of city by night although there is a limited of cocktail menu. Generally, highly recommended if you stay in Saigon. It is a right choice for me. I have booked another stay when I come back here in three...
