"I originally booked for 2 nights then booked a further 2 nights - before knowing what I was booking into. The apartment was musty, if quite clean, run down, and poorly appointed. The furniture was all askew, the rooms quite shabby and cupboards broken (eg fridge door). I ended up foregoing the cost of the extra 2 nights just to find something else that was decent."

Entering the front door was tricky as there were no explicit instructions as to how to enter the code. Otherwise there was very good communication regarding the door codes and placement of keys. "Booked 2 rooms for work collegues over 2 nights , Hotel reception would not give them 2 rooms and made them use 1 room with only 1 bed. Too late for us to do anything about it, did not stay the 2nd night "
