"We were on a late flight from Manila. Informed Hotel that we required very late check in around midnight. Arrived 2325hrs. Hotel reception in total darkness. Rung doir bell many time tk ni avail. They advertise 24Hrs checkin. Phoned the number above reception, lady sId she would wake the Management. She replied back stating that they were coming 1 floor. "A beautiful stay. We had flights canceled and had to find accommodation, we were so happy to have stayed here the staff made everything so easy and relaxing for us. Melch, Hennessy, and Bj in particular, nothing was a problem. The managers were checking in throughout our stay to make sure all was ok.
