The Georgian Terrace Hotel
8/10 Good
"Some rooms seemed to have been renovated a little while others are a little beat up, dirty walls worn furniture, etc. Most of the staff were nice. We booked a 2br 2bth on Expedia and were told that Expedia overbooks these rooms and they didn't have any available. The first staff didn't mention this and sent us up to the wrong room with our luggage, which was a pain, the 2nd staff I encountered was rude and sassy and kind of push me off to someone else. That staff member was nice and was able to correct the situation by giving us a bigger room but that room unfortunately was a lot more worn down than the first room we were put in. The furniture needed to be replaced as it was worn and dirty, the light was out in the kitchen which they fixed and the AC and fire detector made significant noise in room 521. The maintenance guy tried to fix it and the noise stopped temporarily but came back. "
