The room was spacious and so clean! "I had a wonderful experience at Palazzo Indelli. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic area of Monopoli. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and has a beautiful, lively atmosphere. I also really appreciated all the help and kindness I received from the reception staff. They were very welcoming and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Palazzo Indelli to anyone visiting Monopoli."

"The room we had ( Carlos v) was in an excellent location looking out to the see and harbourside from balcony and terrace. The cushions on terrace are fading from a season in the sun but apart from this fantastic. The room was serviced daily with bed changes etc. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was really good although you have to navigate some steep narrow steps up there. The view from the restaurant is brilliant."

"Room was clean, had a tub not shower so that is something to consider getting in and out of when bathing. Booked here for the beach which is right across the street. Sandy beach, hotel provides you with towels and there is a bar next to the beach where you can get a bite to eat and have lunch on the beach. Very reasonable. The two ladies who took care of the rooms and breakfast were so lovely. Asked for more towels and it wasn't a problem. There are stairs to get to your rooms , no elevator, so you are carrying your luggage up a few flights of stairs. There is a roof top terrace with chaira to relax in afternthe beach and a hot tub. Also, owner did set up someone to pick us up at train station and bring us back when we had to leave. You must pre arrange this and give a few days notice as you cannot get a taxi when you come out of the train station. About 10 to 15 minutes walking to restaurants and shops. You feel safe walking at night."

"Pretty disappointed with this booking - beds incredibly uncomfortable same with the pillows - when asked was told I would have had to request that ahead of time . Only 4 towels provided for a week for 4 people and a roll and a half of toilet paper - communication was anything but hospitable when inquiring on these items Property was clean and in a walkable location that would be the plus side of choosing to book here - not worth the price in my opinion"
