"It was just an Ok property. Location is good. Breakfast was far away and not very good. Street was very loud, because it was right in the middle of town. Beach far away. No windows. Poor ventilation. Staff was good. I would not go back, though. There was no telephone to call when I arrived. I asked nearby and they told me to go to the next location and ask. I had to call for the staff to come and help me. All very confusing."

"We had to add on another night due to a change in travel plans and the staff were so helpful in moving our luggage to the new room for us while we were in Matera. The hotel itself is beautiful with an amazing bathroom and soaker tub. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We used the spa services 3 times during our stay and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Cosimo who made our stay in Monopoli extra special with his hospitality and accommodations! Thank you! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"It's a beautiful property with a great pool. The rooms a very clean and pretty. The only thing I would say is we were there on the summer and it was extremely hot. They have beds for kids in an attic which is boiling hot. We had to bring the mattress down to the main level in order to sleep. Other than that, it was great"
