The staff in the most part was not friendly . The spa especially! We did not like the cafeteria style setting . The property was nice and well taken care of . We just wasn’t made to feel welcome at all.

This stay was wonderful, the only thing I will mention is that there are some extra charges for amenities. Breakfast selection was amazing and it truly is a modern resort. The kids club was so nice for my kids they had a blast.

The beach and pool are beautiful!!! The food was good. The rooms are fine but I don't like that people leave his stuff outside of his room " igloo". I have traveled a lot and this hotel allow check in only at 5:00 pm. It is crazy...... You have to pat a resort few of 30 per day but the hotel doesn't want you enjoy it...... This time of check in is the worst of the world....

We had a wonderful stay at Torre Cintola Greenblu Sea Emotions with our 2-year-old. The resort has a lovely peaceful setting right by the sea, with excellent pools (lncluding a large children pool area), spacious green gardens, and a relaxing natural atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Especially the high level of care after I was bitten by a camel during a day trip to Zoosafari. Dr Alessandro Bifulco from the Vesuvius was exceptional — calm, professional, and incredibly skilled. He provided thorough medical care, which prevented us from needing multiple hospital visits. His kindness and competence turned a worrying moment into something manageable, and we are so grateful to him. The resort is very family-friendly, with comfortable rooms and a welcoming vibe that suited us perfectly. We really appreciated the seafront location, beautiful pools, and relaxing environment. Torre Cintola is a great choice in Puglia. We felt well looked after the whole time and would happily return. A big thank you to the team, especially the magnifico Dr Alessandro Bifulco for his outstanding help!

What a beautiful hotel with direct access to the Adriatic Sea! Conveniently located to many other towns in the area. We had originally booked 4 nights here and ended up booking 4 additional nights.

This is a beautiful resort on the seashore just a few minutes from the quaint town of Monopoli. The food was delicious and the staff excellent. The gym is small but on the beach so a very neat concept.

The hotel is nice for an all inclusive type of vacation. Good to travel with family, but not for a VIP tour of Monopoli or Puglia. I selected the hotel thinking it had a beach to relax, but it was very limited and far from the city of Monopoli if you want to have dinner

As it is out of town - there is no easy access to the railway station at Monopoli which meant an expensive taxi ride (30 Euros) each way. The taxi's however were prompt and reliable with very courteous drivers. Very few restaurants on site other than snacks being offered at the bar areas at certain times with a little cafe within walking distance out of the site. Their buffet evening meal for 35 Euros each included wine. The bar area was lovely in the evening for a drink and a lovely view. We didn't use the spa facilities. The pool was kept immaculate and was one of the nicest we have had a hotel for a long time. There was no coffee making facilities in the room which was a disappointment, however excellent buffet breakfast with unlimited proper Italian coffee being made fresh to order and amazingly quickly by their barista!! There is now a service charge (tip) added to the cost of the hotel room so we were a little surprised this wasn't included in the original quote from Expedia. (around 200 Euros). But upon Googling it seems a new cost which is the new norm. Overall, would recommend this hotel with the caveats above. There is parking on site, but we didn't hire a car so didn't need this.

Travelling as a family of 4 with 2 small children staying at Torre Cintola was ideal. Its location was close by to the main places we wanted to visit (Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, Alberobello, Matera, Bari, etc). It’s right on the coast, so the views are beautiful and worthwhile to take a drive along the road to see restaurants or beach clubs. While we were there it was a bit too cool to truly enjoy the ocean, but the sun was warm enough to still enjoy everything else. The resort itself was very clean, our room was spacious, daily housekeeping, clean towels, sheets cleaned every few days. Our room was super close to the parking lot so that was a nice convenience. Our breakfast was included with our stay. It has a nice selection. We only stayed for dinner 1 night, and the food was very good. Unfortunately some of the other restaurants were closed (we traveled first week of May). We were told they would open up again during peak season. There’s a little playground on the grounds for kids to enjoy and 2 pools. My kids did use the pool on warmer days, although it was a bit cold (didn’t seem to bother them). The beach was not open. Although I wouldn’t necessarily consider it a beach, there’s no sand. It’s all big rocks. But there are lounge chairs set up infront of the water. Overall a great stay, I would come back during peak season to fully enjoy all amenities.

The domed rooms were cute and in a good garden setting. The beach is rocky and not useable. The pools are great. The breakfast was good but the same everyday. The restaurant food we tried once wasn’t that great. About 10-15 minutes drive from the town which was nice and by the water.

This is a really nice resort that is customer focused! I loved that it had inclusive food options and lots to do for kids! Great place for families or couples. The food at all the meals was very good and felt like restaurant quality. Rooms were clean and inviting Staff were very focused on our comfort and the experience. Very good with us and our kids Some areas of opportunities - outside the rooms could be cleaner with leaves and pine needles to be removed. This would make the rooms cleaner as things wouldn’t come in. I would have appreciated the room being cleaned daily, which was not done. Just beds made and new linens.

Very nice hotel, super clean and modern and with friendly staff. The only thing that I (and, from what I overheard, others guests) found quite annoying is having to top up your card/key to spend money at the hotel (you can’t use your own bank card). This means that you need to keep track of much you have left and walk all the way to the reception top up if you don’t have enough. Prices at the bars are also extortionate, like almost double the price than anywhere in town.

Pros: renovated bedrooms and convenient location. Rude staff, weird atmosphere, terrible food. There’s no beach (just a fake sand in front of the rocks) and the AC barely worked. I didn't use the amazing swimming pool because it was mandatory to use SWIM CAPS! Like in the 50’s. Pathetic

Quiet setting and nice pool and seaview. Rooms were clean and fresh towel given daily Only lunch and dinner options were buffet which was 30 and 35euro per person. I thought there should have been more options as we were hoping to spend most of our time in the resort, but walked down the seafront for other restaurants instead. Breakfast buffet had very limited choices. Also you were not allowed in the pool without a swim hat, we didnt know this so had to buy swimhats to be able to use the pool.

All in all a nice hotel with good amenities, 2 swimming pools and a private beach, this, however, being rocky. So bathing shoes are recommended. Food choice (and quality) was, in comparison with other hotels of a similar standard, somewhat limited. Food items such as eggs (scrambled or boiled) and others were not quickly replenished and there was often quite a wait for coffee or tea. Also, not enough cups and bowls. Staff friendly and helpful. The entertainment on offer was good. Good parking and a bus service into Monopoli from.the outside of the hotel (recommended).
