"GREAT customer service and staff was always very open to assist in anyway they could. Wonderful view and quiet. On the downside, although there was free breakfast each day that we stayed, there was a service charge added to each day. This was not mentioned until checking out. Transportation from the resort to Manila, was not available. Instead, we were told that the security guard would take us to the bus stop!! Thank goodness my wife talked with the security guard and he knew someone who took us to Manila. "
