"Having travelled over 250 miles we arrived at the apartment. Problem No.1 - The surrounding area was littered with dumped items, a sofa, beds, car parts etc, it looked like a junk yard. No.2 - Bearing in mind I had paid in advance, and had confirmation of our booking. - We arrived to find the apartment already occupied by a family who arrived eariler in the day and had paid more..
