"Moon Palace The Grand, Cancún — Sept 28–Oct 3, 2025 (group of 25, kids 3–11) Beautiful resort with tons for kids — the water park kept them entertained all day and the 9pm after-dinner shows were excellent. Check-in was chaotic (we had multiple rooms) but staff were accommodating and placed most of us in Building 93 (one room was in 92). Food was good — especially Tavola and the Steakhouse — and housekeeping left little treats like chocolates. Heads up: the beach water wasn’t the Caribbean blue and seaweed produced a strong smell, so we avoided the ocean and stuck to pools. Spa was excellent — if you book a treatment, arrive about 1 hour early to take advantage of the complimentary hydrotherapy (sauna, ice therapy, etc.), it was so worth it!!"

"I had an amazing time at Dreams Jade Resort. The main reason I chose this hotel was its location—it’s much quieter than Cancun’s Hotel Zone, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. During my stay, I had no complaints at all; everything was absolutely perfect! I’d like to give a special shout-out to David and Fernanda from the entertainment team, as well as Cecilia, the sweetest host at the Castaway restaurant. Juan, our waiter at Tamarind (the Mexican restaurant), was phenomenal, and Luis and Fabiola from the Asian restaurant were both professional and incredibly friendly. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the daily and nightly activities made the experience even better. I definitely plan to return to Dreams Jade Resort!"
