"We reserved a room online called to let them know we would be coming in late to make sure our room was still secured. We pulled in after 11 hours of driving, for the front desk person being rude to us. Told us they were full and had no room available for us then shut the door in our face. Not to mention they charged us for the room and we didn't even get to stay there. Don't waste your time better hotels in the are."

"Staff on arrival was unhelpful and rude - I paid for two rooms for 7 days - so appx. $2K range. I had paid in advance of arrival . Then go outside at night on any door other than the main entrance and you have homeless sitting around using the WiFi - on the steps about 2’ from where you are trying to get in and out and use you key pass on the door. Every single night - Some were so drugged up and smoking whatever you were not certain of your safety . Nothing was done to have them get off these side entrances. Then room cleanliness on arrival was good overall - room service during the 7 days was not - didn’t empty trash cans that were overflowing from door dash container (singles in each room) cans are small which is fine. No towels left had to go down and ask - again one person staying in each room. I would say the beds are comfortable - the Staff on this stay was less than OK - and the outside issue was not good. I would not stay again based on this stay."

"Very easy check in process, no issues with room, AC worked great. While the parking lot was secured and had on site security the area is a little sketchy after dark but that can be anywhere. Very friendly staff and grateful for the water station for personal water bottles refill on the way out for the day. Would stay here again. "

"I stay here often. Clean and nice landscaping and property. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good."

"The staff was excellent. Parking was free. Did not partake of the free breakfast, slept in instead. If you are senior citizens, make sure to get a room on the first floor. We were on the fourth floor and the elevator was broke, when we were about to check out and bring our suitcases downstairs. We had to walk down four flights of stairs. At least an employee helped with our luggage. "
