I had a great stay at this hotel in Oklahoma City. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and they were always available to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The amenities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting OKC.

This was a little different. I checked in at one hotel and stayed at the hotel next to it. The attendant said they had just bought it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Checking out the gentleman helping us was super nice.

This hotel is actually two, a four seasons and a Radisson put together becoming 1 hotel just a month ago so there’s lots of changes happening. Things are being fixed and staff are being changed but the room.was great and the bed the best and besides a full hotel it was very quiet in the room. Yogesh the Mgr, try’s very hard to resolve issues shud they come up. I wud certainly stay again because I rested so well.

This was the one hotel on the trip I found to surprise me the most. It was super clean. Tall ceilings in room. All goods needed in bathroom were there. Bed was excellent and room smelled great. Only issue I’d say was lack of signage. I wasn’t sure I was at the right spot as it has different name on outside of building. Otherwise recommend all day

I liked the customer service and the room was clean. My only concern and complaint was the mattress was obviously old and smelled like smoke and dog. I actually didn’t sleep well due to the smell. Also there was no small refrigerator in my room, which would have been helpful. Other than the disgusting mattress it was a decent property. Most likely won’t go again though.

It was perfect besides the fitness center didnt have hardly weights like to lift with your arms, the the older ones and the pool wasnt open. But i was amazed by the shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and lotion; they were amazing!!!

I wasn’t aware that this hotel didn’t technically have a sign or anything yet so finding the hotel and checking in was really awkward. It still said Sheridan on it even though it no longer is. The owner was very nice but they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. I walked in on someone else staying in the room. I went downstairs and they struggled to find me one due to not having WiFi set up on some floors and rooms not being ready. There was not an alarm clock or place to charge my phone next to the bed which was frustrating. The staff were really nice and friendly, but clearly we’re in the middle of this transition to a new hotel and probably should not have had guests yet.

This was a confusing place to stay at and there was an issue with what I was charged to stay. Apparently, this property is owned by Radisson, which was the name on the building. Surface Hotel was on the other side (back of building) and there was a small etching only on the window identifying it. You could not enter through the door where the Surface sign was. Further, you had to walk all the way around to the other side (the Radisson side) to check in and check out. Very inconvenient. The accommodation itself was adequate, nothing fancy, but acceptable. The staff was generally friendly, some very friendly and nice. Finally, there was an issue with what I was charged. There was an add-on charge of a $7.00 "Facility Fee" that I had to pay and then dispute with my credit card company. This charge was NOT included in what Expedia told me that I was to pay. When I tried to get the charge taken off, the staff would not accommodate and remove the charge. So, for these reasons, I would not stay here again, given the opportunity.

TL,DR: If you want cheap, you'll get it. It's two hotels operating in the same building but using only the door on the Radisson side and (mostly?) only the desk on the Radisson side. You have to walk across to the other side if you are staying in Surface and the signage is just one small one outside the door you can't use and one at the start of the ground floor hallway for that side of the building. My room was fine and maybe cleaner than I expected after seeing the rest but half the lights didn't work and there are no built in outlets on or near the nightstands. I saw no evidence that anyone ever actually eats in the restaurant or drinks at the bar other than a girl counting cash behind the bar late one night that *may* have been tips. There was no wifi that I found at the time but someone from the owner's family or an uncle or someone was trying to put in wireless routers in the ceiling and working very strange hours (read sometimes the middle of the night making noise in the hallway outside my room/arguing with someone else). At least the AT&T signal was good enough. Just a really weird situation operating two businesses out of the same space. The physical location is also inconvenient to get back onto the interstate as you need to either make a U-turn or spend time going around the next block to get back to an on-ramp the way the roads are laid out. There are so many other hotels on Meridian right there that I'd probably just pick one of them.

Always nice, clean and comfortable very affordable... Have stayed here several times over the last few months and it's always been a pleasant experience.. except it's annoying to not have a fridgè to keep anything cold and no microwave isn't very helpful to save few dollars not have to eat out all the time.. they don⁴'t have their little shop stocked with drinks or snacks makes it inconvenient for having anything to snack & drink especially when we had grandbaby with us. One day we went down to have breakfast and there was no breakfast and no kind of notice given or posted none of the employees knew that it was going to be closed. Just small things basically it's usually very pleasant experience.

If you are looking for an inexpensive stay with clean rooms and comfortable beds this is a great place! It was a Sheraton Four Points that is in the process of being converted so the place does not look well maintained but the rooms are nice. Breakfast is included but for a short window of time. They take it up at 9am so go early!
