"Found a roaches in my room"

"The breakfast was nice with all the many different options and an option to have a staff member make an omelette etc. We have stayed here before enjoyed ourselves that we decided to come back this year as well! The property did have some trash in the patio area so idk if they just didn’t notice. Also, wishes nice if they have removable shower head in the showers but not sure if there is a hotel reason for that. We would stay here again! "

"I had to book trip on very short notice. I see 50/night and 2 stars. I still book. Don't mind the worn bedding, scratched up tub. I do mind only one working outlet. The entire lobby is walled in due to element. You check in/out through a 12 x 12 inch opening in the wall. Never saw that in my.life"

"For the area this is an amazing hotel. Best breakfast in the area for a under $60 room. Balcony is cool to have, I have not seen 1 bug in my 1 week stay. That's huge to me. I just found my new go-to place when in town on business. "

"Nice to have a laundry and hot breakfast, plenty of coffee and juice. But the towels were thin, no wash cloths or hand towels"

"we booked two rooms. The one upstairs, the air conditioning wasnt working, The carpets were dirty and the bathtubs in both rooms did not work, i.e . could not plug tub to hold water."

"Room was located on the 1st floor for our 1 night stay. Our room was infested with ants, they were everywhere."

"A dive!! Looks good on outside but dirty on the inside. Had to wear my shoes in my room it was like walking outside. Elevator did not work when checking out so only had to travel 1 floor to get to main floor. What a disaster!!!"
