"Location was excellent in Old town, walkable to most of edinburgh. Rooms were very clean, plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits supplied each day which I loved. Plenty of space for luggages and to spread belongings around. Couldn't really hear the main road despite being so close to it and with construction going on right outside the hotel. Overall pleasant stay and would come again."

"The hotel is situated in a quiet spot, yet Princes Street in only a few minutes walk away; secure parking is very nearby. The staff were most helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a fair choice of food. The staff attending to the breakfast were very efficient and helpful. The room was clean and attended to daily. We would recommend this Hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and well placed accommodation."
