"Hotel advertised as 24h reception. I arrived after midnight and after waiting for 10min outside someone came to open the door. Proceeded to complain that they were closed. Wanted to charge me £10 for the late check in. When I refused I was called a (profanity) and handed the key in furry. Terrible experience. "

"The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom. The only downsides were that the bathroom had a really strong drain smell and then in a morning we’d get food smells in the kitchen that seemed to be coming through from other apartments. "Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. "

"Overall a great hotel in a great location. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were perfect. The bathroom did give off a sewage smell in the evening but once the bathroom door was closed- we didn’t have any other issues and it did not affect our stay. We will definitely return!"
