Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove, Bonita Springs
The property was very well maintained and clean. The room was clean and well kept. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room within our two bedroom suite. The pool was great and the kids had a great time within the 5 pools. Service was great and the staff were super nice.

The room had a dead bug in the restroom and wad of long hair in a clot on the floor. Of our 8 day stay, the cleaning staff only cleaned our room 3 nights, which I was not happy about. We gad to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper, due to this. For the $2500 price tag, I would expect ...

I have stayed here before and had just as wonderful experience. Molly is the most amazing breakfast attendent. She was there 10 years ago as well when i stayed. Lovely!
