Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove, Bonita Springs
Staff was friendly and helpful. Not much to do at this location in December, lazy river was closed, tiki bar and market house had limited hours. Pools were cold. Rooms need upgraded, our kitchen cabinet doors were broken off the hinges. Close to restaurants and shopping in Bonita Springs.

Location is Awesome, it is on the beach. Staff was really awesome. Our couch bed had not been serviced. Informed the staff and they took care of it right away.
