"Terribly cramped room with even smaller beds. The bathroom was basically a closet except a closet can actually fit things unlike this scam of a room. Don’t even bother paying for the “breakfast”. Zero options. It tasted so stale that it was probably reused everyday. Getting something from a nearby cafe is much better option. The parking was super overpriced too. The only good thing about this place was the furnishing but even those were dusty. There’s a reason there’s basically no people here, so only stay here if you want to stay for a night with no sleep. Anything more will make your wallet cry like mine did. No amount of kind staff could make up for this tragedy."

"Breakfast was a bit gross. The valet was under staffed and therefore took longer then expected to get vehicle. There is only Valet!! If you leave before 6:00 there is no valet and no one mentioned that. Friday night is seems that a bunch of frat boys decided to rent rooms and made it quite uncomfortable leaving the hotel!! There’s a daily charge of $30, which I didn’t really find useful. The cleaning staff doesn’t put trash bags in the trash cans; which was really annoying. They only offer cleaning upon request. "

"Right now, they are doing some renovations, so things are probably not quite up to par. The breakfast was not bad. Part of the resort fee was applied and we also received two cocktail vouchers instead of a bottle of wine, which we used for appropriately sized breakfast bloody mary and an mimosa. We split the Heathman breakfast which was plenty for us to enjoy, since we are not big breakfast eaters. They asked how we liked our eggs (over easy), but they came out omlette style, so slight communication issue, but not a big deal. We enjoyed it anyhow. Staff in kitchen and at front were appropriately pleasant and kind, but seemed a bit "stillted", which is probably more appropriate to the stressors of the world and economy atm. We don't not blame them for being not genuinely enthusiastic about working, especially in the service industry. We would stay there again, amenities are nice, our low rate room, was no view, a little loud with the air system, but overall a pleasant, stylish room, comfortable bed and bath."
