Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean. Bed was comfy. It is a very intersting hotel...fancy. The restaurant in the hotel waan't my favourite food. Paid parking...across the street in a parking garage. Tea ..coffee and water in the lobby which was nice.

Great parking option. Nice hotel. It’s showing its age and probably needs some updating to furniture etc. the staff are great but they do seem understaffed at times. All things considered, location and convenience trump these and it’s a great place to stay. Food is great at Gracie’s, and the bar is wonderful.

Very nice place that has a classic 20s style theme in lobby. Room was decorated very nicely. The brunch at Gracie‘s was very good. Not a huge menu but waffle was so good with tiny apple slices/cinnamon whip cream and bacon and cheddar omelette was very tasty. Overall great service at this hotel and we would stay again.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay. I do wish that hotel staff will clean our room on a daily basis, but I am honestly comparing other services from other hotel staff that has done it by default. I did not realized that it was a call-to-ask until mid week. Other than that, the stay was good.

Great property: my go to when in Portland, ever since the Mallory days. Same great location and property. The Driftwood Lounge is super! It’s in the lobby. No mess. No fuss. Portland could do some work on traffic control, especially on game nights. Walkers can only be described as hyper-entitled, downright rude. Enough said on that topic. The Hotel deLuxe delivers a great stay.

The hotel was very nostalgic. Clean rooms. Staff was great. The sink and tub drained slow had to have it cleaned out and should have made sure drain was clean before leaving as the next shower hair came back up out of drain. Parking was covered by hotel.

Our favorite hotel in Portland. When my wife and I need to get away from the children and out of Seattle we drop them at Grandma’s and check in to the Hotel Deluxe. Well kept rooms, friendly staff, classic ambiance, a lovely lounge/bar and ideally located for walkability. We had a great time again and we will be back.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough it was extremely clean which I very much appreciate the cleaning crew does a very great job! The ambience and aesthetic in this hotel is unmatched. The bed is very comfortable in the staff is very friendly. Also make sure to stop by Gracie’s in the morning the avocado toast is so good.
