Amazing time! We will definitely return. Everyone there was very friendly and made this a wonderful experience for our little family. The dining was amazing. Highly recommend getting the Ribeye. Contacting for guest services was easy, fast and this felt like a very inclusive and relaxing stay.

Five Star Service

The service was outstanding! I would come back just for the amazing staff, who were friendly and very helpful. They suggested the best restaurant recommendation of our trip. The upstairs pool and spa were also a relaxing highlight. We enjoyed the central location, hotel restaurant, and lobby bar. Truly a luxurious and restful retreat.

A true five stars hotel in Portland

Amazing hotel, beautifully appointed and a fantastic spa. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you go to Portland, this is definitely the place to stay!!!!

Beautiful property. No cafe or light dining inside, but there is a coffee shop just a half block away. Entry staff remembers your name, and you may just remember theirs too because of this.

We had a great stay overall, beautiful hotel, excellent valet service, and very friendly staff. However, we were disappointed with the pet accommodations. We notified the hotel in advance that we were bringing our dog, but no water bowl, treats, or welcome kit were provided, despite the $200 pet fee. There was also no designated pet relief area on-site or even nearby, which made things quite difficult. We’d suggest adding a small relief area and some basic amenities for pets to better justify the fee. Everything else was wonderful!

This property is brand new and definitely one of the best Ritz properties I’ve stayed at. The amenities were top notch. Service unsurpassed. Room quality was 5 star. It’s close to a lot of option in downtown Portland. The views from the top floors and the dining rooms were fantastic. Overall we had a fantastic time staying there and would always come back. The entire stay was 10/10. The room was beautiful with a wonderful view. I rated 4/5 for cleanliness because the entry floors were not clean as well as the bathroom floor near the toilet, however, the staff made it right for me and was very nice about it. This hotel is stunning and you feel like royalty the moment you arrive, you pay for it, but at least the feeling is there.

Meet the grandkiddos

Great staff; especially the parking and valet. Breakfast was lovely and had a great view. Our only dissatisfaction was coming back to the hotel after being gone 12 hours and our room was not made up. The front desk immediately remedied that and even gave me a glass of wine while I waited for the room. Bed and bedding were sublime.

Great Ritz stay. Champagne and sparkling waters provided for my birthday. The only thing negative was a very late in the day cleaning of my room and my friend's room next to me.
